The Arkansas SCBWI Fall Retreat is held every year in September or October to offer an intensive weekend retreat that focuses on specific craft issues for experienced writers.

Faculty for the retreat includes published authors and publishing professionals. Topics from previous retreats include voice, humor, characterization and plot.

This retreat is for writers who are full members of SCBWI with publishing credits. Space is limited.
